If you missed the Meet & Greets here is what was discussed.

As you have all probably noticed by now Takoom has been missing. We couldn't lead in the old shell with him missing. With the nomination and support of all the officers (old and new) I am now the leader of the shell. I hope that you will all give me your support. I plan to keep going where Takoom left off and build up our family here :)

To help with the all of the new stuff we have going on, we promoted 3 new officers. Azaia Jinn is our new Representative, Seia Sohana is our new Head Scribe, and Osmond Auer is our new Recruiter.

That said we have also made the new officer position of Battle Commander. The Battle Commander will be in charge of scheduling, leading, and teaching end game content to your shell. Feel free to search the forums and apply if you feel like you'd be a good fit.

We have a new recruitment policy now too. If you have a friend or someone you meet in game that you want to join the linkshell they will need a Recruitment Officer or my approval. We just want a quick look over to avoid any obvious trolls. We still want to grow so we aren't requiring stricter policies at the moment.

We'll also now be requiring signups on this Guildwork. We will be reminding you in game. As a social/event linkshell we need your participation on the guildwork to know about scheduled events.

We're planning new events too. This Sunday I'm working on Ifrit, Thursday will be Caravans. Seia is also working on scheduling a RP teaching events for her to start writing about. Osmond has a bunch of Social Event plans too for you to look forward too.

Now we are also considering changing the seal color. We're keeping the same symbol, but I don't think we should stick to the traditional color unless that is what you all want.
